Alicja Rogalska’s artistic practice is research-led, interdisciplinary and focuses on social structures and the political subtext of the everyday. She mostly works in specific contexts making situations, performances, videos and installations in collaboration with other people to collectively search for emancipatory ideas for the future. In this talk, Rogalska will present some of her latest projects to reflect on how we can collectively imagine a post-pandemic world in a cultural, political and social context. The conversation will expand on notions of collective speculation and radical imagination, as well as the overlaps between pedagogical and artistic methodology. A small workshop exercise with the participants will be held at the end of the talk.
