La estrategia del Caracol
La estrategia del caracol (Engish: The Strategy of the Snail) is a 1993 Colombian comedy-drama film directed and produced by Colombian filmmaker and director Sergio Cabrera. The film deals with the hardships of lower income families in Bogotá, the breach between rich and poor, and their interactions in a highly stratified social system. It takes place in a old apartment house where people with a very diverse background live. They are told to leave the house because its owner, a obnoxious, rich man from Bogotá, has new plans for it. The tenants are confronted with the authorities who are trying to evict everyone from the building. The residents of the house invent a strategy to be able to stay in the house as long as possible: in the spirit of the strategy of the snail.

Pájaros de Verano
Pájaros de Verano (English: Birds of Passage) is a 2018 crime film directed by Cristina Gallego and Ciro Guerra. It was selected to open the 50th edition of the Directors’ Fortnight section at the Cannes Film Festival 2018.
The film chronicles a Wayuu family’s rise and fall during the early days of illegal drug trading in Colombia during the late 1960s and 70s. The family will experience how power and money create a violent environment for the Wayuu tribe and how those structures endanger its future.
