On selected dates, curators will guide visitors through the exhibition they have designed. Visitors have the opportunity to talk to the experts, ask them questions and gain deeper insights.

 

 

 

 

Information on accessibility

 

Venue:

The event will take place on the 1st and 2nd floor of KW. An elevator is available for visitors with limited mobility with the assistance of KW staff on site. Please contact us in advance at mediation@kw-berlin.de so that we can facilitate access.

 

Times:

The event starts on time at 7 pm.
Late entrance is possible.
Breaks can be scheduled by the event facilitators upon request.
The duration of the event is approx. 1 hour.

 

Seating:

Seating is available on request. If you require seating, please contact our staff on site.

 

Sensory stimuli:

The event has a medium volume.
The event is not immersive.
The event does not include any stroboscopic lighting.
The event takes place in a spacious room.

 

Language:

The event will mainly be held in German language.
The event will not be translated.

 

Trigger Warning:

The event is linked to Pia Arke’s exhibition Arctic Hysteria, which contains representations of disease (breast cancer), scars, racism, sexism and psychological violence.

 

Aids / accompanying persons:
Assistance dogs can be brought to the event.
Assistance persons can attend the event free of charge.
