KW is an exhibition space in Berlin Mitte. Our mission is to engage with the central questions of our time through the production, presentation, and discussion of art. Without a permanent collection, flexibility and openness lie at the heart of what makes KW special, as well as our ability to create dynamic and timely, changing programming that resonates with our times.
The Spring Program centers on artists and their processes, with exhibitions that engage the social, technological, and ecological conditions shaping the present, situating artistic practice within the lived realities of the city. The season further explores Berlin—its materials, people, and histories—as well as KW’s own building, understood as an active framework for artistic inquiry.
Come by – see you at KW!
Building on the institution’s longstanding commitment to accessibility in art and culture, KW is grateful to offer opportunities for free admission to its Spring Program 2026, through the generous support of members from our supporting association KUNST-WERKE BERLIN e. V.
