Raum/-spekulanten

What can exhibition spaces mean for art, what can they really be? Ideas and visions responding to this question are developed by students, led by the art education collective a7.außeneinsatz. A forest could be planted, or the Hall flooded, or the students could simply move in to the space. They sketch, speculate, and change the rooms of KW Institute for Contemporary Art through a variety of performative actions. In the final project, the workshops' results and ideas will be presented publicly throughout the house.

The project is part of the Model program "Kulturagenten für kreative Schulen" [Cultural agents for creative schools], with the Kurt-Tucholsky School and the Heinz-Brandt-Schule.
