Concerned with artists' calibration of their self-image and the shape of their output, Belgian conceptual artist Reg Carremans offers a workshop for students of all ages in collaboration with Performing Encounters and ABA AiR Berlin Alexanderplatz . It asks: which skills do artists really need in the current "market" of visual ideas?

The semi-public "Salon" consists of a loose series of short contributions concerning "self-image of artists" and experimental workshop elements and will end with a public presentation on Thursday, September 10, 2015. The participation is free, drawing materials such as paper and pens have to be brought by the participants. Each workshop day will be completed by an "Open Dinner" to which all participants are warmly invited.

Mandatory registration required at hello@performingencounters.de
